Returns & Cancellations
Returns: All wholesale orders are final sale. We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect. Approved returns will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Return shipping for defective items is covered by Wallaby Sports Blanket.
Cancellations: Orders may not be cancelled once confirmed. As all wholesale orders are reviewed and approved before processing, please ensure all order details are correct before submission.
